Nature of the Website

This private reference site does not keep official booking, custody, or court records. It cannot confirm whether someone is in custody, order a release, post bond, or submit government forms for a visitor.

Its pages point to resources operated by the Owen County Sheriff's Office, Owen County Security Center, Indiana courts, the Indiana Department of Correction, federal agencies, and outside research providers.

Permitted Site Use

You agree to use the site responsibly. In particular, you must not:
